Spicy Tomato Cottage Cheese Sauce
A quick tomato sauce with cottage cheese blended in for creaminess and protein. A little chili, a little garlic, a spoonful of tomato paste. Everything into MyBlend Compact, then warm it in the pan. Ready fast. Good on any night you need something simple and satisfying.
Ingredients
- 180 ml crushed tomatoes
- 120 ml cottage cheese
- 30 ml olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to MyBlend Compact and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a saucepan and warm over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Toss with pasta and serve.
Tip: If you prefer a smoother sauce, blend it twice. The cottage cheese gives it body, but a second blend makes it silky.
