Creamy Mushroom Parmesan Sauce
This sauce starts with golden mushrooms from the pan. Blend them with crème fraîche, parmesan and a splash of soy sauce in MyBlend Compact and you get something earthy, rich and a little indulgent. The kind of pasta that feels like a proper dinner. Even on a Tuesday.
Ingredients
- 180 ml sautéed mushrooms
- 90 ml crème fraîche
- 50 ml pasta water
- 30 ml grated parmesan
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ garlic clove
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Sauté the mushrooms until golden.
- Add mushrooms and remaining ingredients to MyBlend Compact and blend until smooth.
- Warm gently in the pan and toss with hot pasta.
Tip: Let the mushrooms get properly golden before blending. The caramelised flavour carries through the whole sauce.
