Shipping Policy

We ship to all destinations within the EU from our warehouse in Värnamo, SWEDEN. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is free of charge for all orders over 50 EUR. 

Shipping times: 

Sweden - 1-3 days*
Denmark - 2-5 days*
Norway - 2-5 days*
Finland - 2-5 days*
Rest of the EU - 2-7 days*

*The estimated delivery times are "estimates" based on recent deliveries and shall not be seen as a guaranteed delivery timeframe. We do our best to ensure that the shipping process works as smoothly as possible, but in case of late delivery - we do not issue a refund.

Customs, Tax & Duties

Deliveries Within the EU:

We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid basis. This means that all import taxes and duties, as well as applicable VAT, will be included in the price of the goods in your order.

Deliveries Outside the EU:

We operate on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. You may be charged import or customs fees, depending on the laws of the particular country. The EU-countries are excluded from customs fees. Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges that occur as a result of customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary from country to country and it is advisable to contact your local customs office for further information.
