Salad Dressing
A quick homemade vinaigrette in just a few seconds. Olive oil, balsamic, dijon and garlic blend into a smooth dressing that makes salads, bowls and everyday meals feel a little more finished.
Ingredients
- 100ml olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove (medium)
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your MyBlend 3.
- Blend in 1-2 short cycles until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Store in the fridge for up to one week.
Tip: Start blending on the lowest speed and increase gradually. This helps the oil and vinegar emulsify into a smooth, creamy dressing rather than staying separated.
