Pea and Spinach Purée

Ingredients

  • 200ml frozen peas
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 100ml water

Instructions

  • Simmer peas in water for 3 minutes.
  • Add spinach and simmer for 1 more minute.
  • Add to your MyBlend Compact with the cooking water.
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Cool before serving.
Tip: Frozen peas work just as well as fresh and make this even quicker to prepare.
