Curry Mango Sauce

Ingredients

  • 200ml plain yogurt
  • 3 tbsp mango chutney
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add yogurt, mango chutney, curry powder and lemon juice to your MyBlend 3.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Season with salt and serve.
Tip: A splash of lime juice instead of lemon gives a slightly fresher edge.
