Coconut Mango Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 350ml frozen mango
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • juice of ½ lime

Instructions

  • Add frozen mango, coconut milk and lime juice to your MyBlend Compact.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately or freeze for 20 minutes for something firmer.
Tip: Freeze the coconut milk in an ice cube tray beforehand for a thicker result.
