Coconut Mango Sorbet
Frozen mango and coconut milk blended into a creamy sorbet. No dairy and no ice cream machine.
Ingredients
- 350ml frozen mango
- 100ml coconut milk
- juice of ½ lime
Instructions
- Add frozen mango, coconut milk and lime juice to your MyBlend Compact.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately or freeze for 20 minutes for something firmer.
Tip: Freeze the coconut milk in an ice cube tray beforehand for a thicker result.
