Chocolate Banana Nice Cream
Chocolate ice cream made from frozen bananas and cocoa. Two ingredients and no dairy.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas (sliced and frozen)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Peel, slice and freeze the bananas for at least 4 hours.
- Add frozen bananas and cocoa powder to your MyBlend Compact.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides if needed.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or freeze for 30 minutes for something firmer.
Tip: Add a spoonful of peanut butter before blending for a chocolate peanut butter version.
