Carrot Purée
Blended carrot purée for babies from 4 months. No added salt or sugar and freezes well in ice cube trays for easy portions.
Ingredients
- 3 medium carrots (peeled and chopped)
- 50ml water or cooking water
Instructions
- Peel and chop the carrots into small pieces.
- Steam or boil until very soft, about 12 minutes.
- Add to your MyBlend Compact with 50ml of the cooking water.
- Blend until completely smooth. Add more water if needed.
- Cool to room temperature before serving.
Tip: Freeze leftovers in ice cube trays. One or two cubes is a good portion for a young baby.
