Tzatziki
A fresh yogurt sauce with cucumber, garlic and dill. Great with wraps, grilled vegetables, bowls or anything that needs a cool little lift.
Ingredients
- 180ml Greek yogurt
- 100ml cucumber, grated or chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ garlic clove
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt and pepper to your MyBlend 3.
- Blend briefly until smooth.
- Stir in the cucumber by hand for a fresher texture.
- Serve cold with wraps, salads, bowls or grilled food.
Tip: Squeeze out excess water from the cucumber for a thicker tzatziki.
