Salmon and Sweet Potato

Ingredients

  • 100g salmon fillet (boneless, skin removed)
  • 1 medium sweet potato (peeled and cubed)
  • 50ml water or cooking water

Instructions

  • Peel and cube the sweet potato. Steam or boil until very soft, about 15 minutes.
  • Steam the salmon for 8 minutes until cooked through.
  • Check carefully that there are no bones in the salmon.
  • Add sweet potato, salmon and 50ml water to your MyBlend Compact.
  • Blend until completely smooth.
  • Cool before serving.
Tip: Check carefully for bones before blending. Even boneless fillets can have small pin bones.
