Salmon and Sweet Potato
Salmon and sweet potato blended smooth for babies from 8 months. A good source of protein and omega-3.
Ingredients
- 100g salmon fillet (boneless, skin removed)
- 1 medium sweet potato (peeled and cubed)
- 50ml water or cooking water
Instructions
- Peel and cube the sweet potato. Steam or boil until very soft, about 15 minutes.
- Steam the salmon for 8 minutes until cooked through.
- Check carefully that there are no bones in the salmon.
- Add sweet potato, salmon and 50ml water to your MyBlend Compact.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Cool before serving.
Tip: Check carefully for bones before blending. Even boneless fillets can have small pin bones.
