Returns and complaints
At MyBlend, you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. It is important that the product is not used before a return is made, so the packaging must be unbroken for the return to be approved and refunded.
Our MyBlend 3 portable blender also comes with a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. This means you can use your blender and make a return within 30 days if you are not satisfied.
In both cases, you are responsible for return shipping.
When your return is received, it must be approved by us. In the case of a return, you are responsible for the risk of the product and it is therefore important that the product is returned in a suitable package that keeps the product protected during transportation.

You have the right to complain about a product for up to 3 years after your purchase, but within a reasonable time after you discover a defect in the product. The right of complaint applies to defects that are original and existed when you received the goods. Thus, complaints do not apply to normal wear and tear, defects that you yourself have caused through, for example, misuse or neglect and aging of the product.
MyBlend will in the first instance rectify the defect or redeliver the product.
