Dill & Lemon Dressing
Fresh dill, Greek yogurt and lemon blended smooth in MyBlend 3. Light enough for a summer salad, substantial enough for salmon or potato salad. A dressing that tastes like Swedish spring without requiring much.
Ingredients
- 200ml Greek yogurt
- Large handful fresh dill (approx. 20g)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey and mustard to your MyBlend 3.
- Add fresh dill.
- Blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Tip: Add the dill last if you want a brighter green colour.
