Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl
A thick and creamy smoothie bowl you can eat with a spoon. Banana, strawberries, Greek yogurt and milk make a fresh base that is easy to top with whatever you have at home.
Ingredients
- 1 banana (medium)
- 100ml strawberries
- 200ml milk
- 100ml Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Add milk and Greek yogurt to your MyBlend 3.
- Add banana and strawberries.
- Secure the lid and blend for 30 seconds until smooth and thick.
- Pour into a bowl and add your toppings of choice.
Tip: Use less milk than you think you need. A bowl base should be thick enough that a spoon stands up in it. You can always add more liquid if it is too dense.
