Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie Bowl
Frozen strawberries, banana and a spoonful of cream cheese blended thick in MyBlend Compact. It has the soft, creamy quality of cheesecake filling without being a cheesecake. Add crushed biscuits on top and you have something that feels like a treat even on a weekday morning.
Ingredients
- 150ml frozen strawberries
- ½ banana
- 100ml Greek yogurt
- 60ml milk
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
Instructions
- Add milk, Greek yogurt and cream cheese to your MyBlend Compact.
- Add banana and frozen strawberries.
- Secure the lid and blend until smooth and thick.
- Pour into a bowl and add your toppings of choice.
Tip: Top with crushed digestive biscuits or granola for a cheesecake-style finish.
