Frozen blueberries, banana and cream cheese blended into ice cream that tastes like cheesecake. No oven and no ice cream machine.

Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 200ml frozen blueberries
  • 2 frozen bananas (sliced)
  • 50ml cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Peel, slice and freeze the bananas for at least 4 hours.
  • Add frozen blueberries, frozen bananas, cream cheese and honey to your MyBlend Compact.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides if needed.
  • Serve immediately or freeze for 30 minutes for something firmer.
Tip: Top with crushed digestive biscuits for the full cheesecake effect.
