Raspberry Sorbet
Frozen raspberries, lemon juice and honey blended into a sorbet. Sharp and ready in five minutes.
Ingredients
- 350ml frozen raspberries
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Add frozen raspberries, lemon juice and honey to your MyBlend Compact.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately or freeze for 20 minutes for a firmer texture.
Tip: Strain through a fine mesh sieve after blending if you prefer a sorbet without seeds.
