Peanut Butter Berry Smoothie Bowl
Berries, banana and peanut butter blended thick in MyBlend Compact. The peanut butter adds richness and enough substance that this bowl actually keeps you going. Good for mornings when you need breakfast to hold until lunch without thinking about food again.
Ingredients
- 120ml frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana
- 80ml Greek yogurt
- 70ml milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- Add milk, Greek yogurt and peanut butter to your MyBlend Compact.
- Add banana and frozen berries.
- Secure the lid and blend until smooth and thick.
- Pour into a bowl and add your toppings of choice.
Tip: A little extra milk makes it easier to blend, but add it slowly so the bowl stays thick.
