Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas (sliced and frozen)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  • Peel, slice and freeze the bananas for at least 4 hours.
  • Let the frozen banana slices sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before blending.
  • Add frozen bananas and peanut butter to your MyBlend Compact.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides if needed.
  • Serve immediately or freeze for 30 minutes for something firmer.
Tip: A pinch of salt before blending brings out the peanut butter flavour.
