Mango Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 400ml frozen mango
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  • Let the frozen mango sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
  • Add mango, lime juice and water to your MyBlend Compact.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or freeze for 20 minutes for a firmer texture.
Tip: For a creamier texture, add 2 tbsp coconut milk before blending.
