Lingonberry Balsamic Dressing
Lingonberry jam, balsamic vinegar and Dijon blended into a smooth Nordic dressing in MyBlend 3. Deep and a little sweet with the balsamic rounding out the lingonberry. Good over salads with cheese, roasted root vegetables or cold chicken.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp lingonberry jam
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add lingonberry jam, balsamic vinegar, oil and mustard to your MyBlend 3.
- Blend until smooth and emulsified.
- Add black pepper to taste.
- Serve over salad, cheese or roasted vegetables.
Tip: Shake or stir well before serving as the oil may separate after resting.
