Creamy Banana Smoothie Bowl
Simple, creamy and easy to make your own. Banana, milk and Greek yogurt blend into a smooth base that works with berries, granola, seeds, honey or whatever is already in the kitchen.
Ingredients
- 1 banana (medium)
- 200ml milk
- 100ml Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Add milk and Greek yogurt to your MyBlend 3.
- Add banana.
- Secure the lid and blend for 30 seconds until smooth and thick.
- Pour into a bowl and add your toppings of choice.
Tip: A frozen banana gives a significantly thicker and colder base. Peel and freeze your bananas when they are ripe and you will always have one ready.
