Creamy Avocado Dip
A smooth avocado dip with lime and yogurt. Softer than guacamole, easier than most sauces, and perfect for wraps, bowls or tacos.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 80ml Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ garlic clove
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Add Greek yogurt, lime juice and olive oil to your MyBlend 3.
- Add avocado, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve with tacos, wraps, bowls or vegetables.
Tip: Add 1–2 tbsp water if you want it thinner as a sauce.
