Chocolate Oat Pancakes
Chocolate for breakfast has always felt slightly forbidden and completely worth it. These pancakes earn it. Oats and cocoa blended smooth in your MyBlend 3 make a batter that fries into thick, chocolatey pancakes that work with berries, yoghurt, or just on their own.
Ingredients
- 160 ml milk or oat milk
- 1 egg
- 0.7 dl all-purpose flour
- 0.3 dl rolled oats
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 small pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your MyBlend 3.
- Blend for about 20 seconds until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 5 minutes so the oats can soften slightly.
- Fry small pancakes over medium to low heat until set and lightly golden.
- Serve with berries, yoghurt, or banana slices.
Tip: Fry on medium to low heat rather than high. Chocolate batters catch colour quickly and can look done on the outside while still raw inside. A few extra minutes at lower heat gives even results all the way through.
