Blueberry Oat Pancakes
Regular pancakes leave you hungry an hour later. These have oats and blueberries mixed in, which makes them a little more filling without making them heavy. Blend the batter in your MyBlend 3 and cook small pancakes in a warm pan until golden.
Ingredients
- 150 ml milk or oat milk
- 1 egg
- 0.7 dl all-purpose flour
- 0.3 dl rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 0.5 dl blueberries
- 1 small pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add milk, egg, flour, oats, baking powder, honey, and salt to your MyBlend 3.
- Blend for about 20 seconds until smooth.
- Stir in the blueberries by hand. Or pulse briefly if you want them mixed into the batter.
- Fry small pancakes in a little butter over medium heat until golden on both sides.
Tip: Add the blueberries after blending and stir them in by hand. If you blend them with everything else the batter turns purple and the berries lose their texture. Stirred in whole, they burst gently when frying.
