Gustav's Pancakes
Most pancake recipes make enough for six when you only want enough for one. These are classic thin Swedish pancakes with a soft vanilla hint, blended smooth in your MyBlend 3 and fried until golden in a few minutes.
Ingredients
- 275 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 small pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp melted butter, plus a little extra for frying
Instructions
- Add milk, egg, flour, vanilla sugar, salt, and melted butter to your MyBlend 3.
- Blend for about 20 seconds until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 5 to 10 minutes if you have time.
- Heat a little butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Pour in enough batter for a thin pancake and fry until golden on both sides.
Tip: Rest the batter for 5 to 10 minutes before frying if you have time. The flour absorbs the liquid fully and the pancakes come out thinner and more even.
