Ingredients

  • 100ml milk
  • 80ml Greek yogurt
  • 80ml frozen berries
  • ½ banana
  • 80ml oats
  • 1 tsp honey, optional

Instructions

  • Add milk, Greek yogurt, berries, banana and honey to your MyBlend 3.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a jar or bowl.
  • Stir in the oats.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Tip: Add a little extra milk in the morning if you want it softer.
