Banana Pancakes
Easy banana pancakes made straight from the blender. Banana, eggs, flour and milk turn into small, naturally sweet pancakes that are ready for breakfast, brunch or a slower weekend morning.
Ingredients
- 1 banana (medium)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 50ml milk
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Add milk and eggs to your MyBlend 3.
- Add banana, flour and salt.
- Secure the lid and blend until smooth.
- Cook small pancakes in a pan over medium heat, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Tip: Keep them small. These are denser than regular pancakes and cook more evenly at about 8-10 cm diameter. A ripe banana gives better sweetness and blends more smoothly.
