Easy banana pancakes made straight from the blender. Banana, eggs, flour and milk turn into small, naturally sweet pancakes that are ready for breakfast, brunch or a slower weekend morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (medium)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 50ml milk
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Add milk and eggs to your MyBlend 3.
  • Add banana, flour and salt.
  • Secure the lid and blend until smooth.
  • Cook small pancakes in a pan over medium heat, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Tip: Keep them small. These are denser than regular pancakes and cook more evenly at about 8-10 cm diameter. A ripe banana gives better sweetness and blends more smoothly.
