Apple and cinnamon in a pancake batter is one of those combinations that makes breakfast feel like more than just breakfast. It tastes a little like apple pie without turning the morning into a project. Blend it smooth in your MyBlend 3 and fry to golden.

Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 150 ml milk or oat milk
  • 1 egg
  • 0.9 dl all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 small apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 small pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your MyBlend 3.
  • Blend for about 20 to 25 seconds until smooth.
  • Let the batter rest for a couple of minutes.
  • Fry small pancakes in a little butter over medium heat until golden on both sides.
  • Serve with yoghurt, apple pieces, or a little extra cinnamon.
Tip: Grate the apple instead of chopping it if you want it to disappear into the batter. Grated apple adds sweetness and moisture without any distinct texture. Chopped pieces give a slightly softer bite. Both work well.
