Açaí Berry Smoothie Bowl
Açaí, blueberries and banana blended thick in MyBlend Compact. The açaí gives it that deep purple colour and a mild earthy flavour that pairs well with fruit and granola on top. Easy to make at home and easy to repeat.
Ingredients
- 100ml frozen blueberries
- 100ml frozen açaí purée
- ½ banana
- 80ml apple juice or milk
- 80ml Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Add apple juice or milk and Greek yogurt to your MyBlend Compact.
- Add banana, blueberries and frozen açaí.
- Secure the lid and blend until smooth and thick.
- Pour into a bowl and add your toppings of choice.
Tip: Use as little liquid as possible for that thick spoonable texture.
