Spiced Cardamom Latte
Cardamom has a way of making coffee feel more intentional. A small amount of it, combined with a pinch of cinnamon and honey, turns a basic oat latte into something that feels café-like without needing to go to a café. Serve warm or cold. Your MyBlend handles both.
Ingredients
- 1 espresso
- 200ml oat milk
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey
- Ice, optional
Instructions
- Brew one espresso with your MyBlend Portable Espresso Machine.
- Warm the oat milk if you want the latte hot, or keep it cold if you prefer it iced.
- Stir together the oat milk, cardamom, cinnamon, and honey.
- Add ice to a glass if serving cold, pour in the spiced oat milk, and top with espresso.
Tip: Freshly ground cardamom is noticeably better than pre-ground. Crush one cardamom pod in a mortar if you have one nearby — the aroma is much more vivid and you need less of it.
