Iced Date Coffee
Two dates do something unexpected to espresso. Their natural caramel sweetness softens the bitterness in a way that sugar never quite manages. Blended cold with oat milk in your MyBlend, it comes out smooth and creamy. A cold coffee drink worth making on purpose.
Ingredients
- 1 espresso
- 200ml oat milk
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 handful of ice
- A few drops of vanilla, optional
Instructions
- Brew one espresso with your MyBlend Portable Espresso Machine and let it cool for a minute.
- Add espresso, oat milk, dates, and ice to your MyBlend 3.
- Blend for 30 to 40 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add a few drops of vanilla if you like. Pour and drink straight away.
Tip: Medjool dates give the most caramel-like result. If your dates are a little dry, soak them in warm water for five minutes before blending and they will blend much smoother.
