Two dates do something unexpected to espresso. Their natural caramel sweetness softens the bitterness in a way that sugar never quite manages. Blended cold with oat milk in your MyBlend, it comes out smooth and creamy. A cold coffee drink worth making on purpose.

Iced Date Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 espresso
  • 200ml oat milk
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 handful of ice
  • A few drops of vanilla, optional

Instructions

  • Brew one espresso with your MyBlend Portable Espresso Machine and let it cool for a minute.
  • Add espresso, oat milk, dates, and ice to your MyBlend 3.
  • Blend for 30 to 40 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add a few drops of vanilla if you like. Pour and drink straight away.
Tip: Medjool dates give the most caramel-like result. If your dates are a little dry, soak them in warm water for five minutes before blending and they will blend much smoother.
