Honey Oat Latte
Honey and oat milk together are softer and rounder than regular milk and sugar ever are. Add espresso from your MyBlend and you have a latte that works just as well warm on a slow morning as it does cold over ice on an afternoon that asks for something comforting but not heavy.
Ingredients
- 1 espresso
- 200ml oat milk
- 1 to 2 tsp honey
- A pinch of cinnamon, optional
Instructions
- Brew one espresso with your MyBlend Portable Espresso Machine.
- Warm the oat milk if you want the latte hot, or keep it cold if you prefer it iced.
- Stir the honey into the oat milk until dissolved.
- Pour into a glass over ice if serving cold, add the espresso, and finish with a pinch of cinnamon.
Tip: Stir the honey into the oat milk before adding the espresso, not after. Honey dissolves much more easily in milk than in hot espresso, and you get a more consistent sweetness throughout.
