Cardamom Iced Latte
One small pinch of cardamom changes the entire character of a latte. It adds warmth and a faint floral note that makes the coffee feel considered rather than rushed. Over ice with oat milk from your MyBlend setup, it lands somewhere between a Nordic coffee tradition and something you would happily order at a café.
Ingredients
- 1 espresso
- 200ml milk or oat milk
- 1 tsp honey or syrup
- 1 small pinch of cardamom
- 1 handful of ice
Instructions
- Stir together the milk, honey, and cardamom in a glass until combined.
- Add ice.
- Brew one espresso with your MyBlend Portable Espresso Machine and pour it over. Stir once and drink.
Tip: Ground cardamom loses its potency quickly once the packet is opened. If yours has been in the cupboard for a while, use a little more than the recipe says — or crack open a fresh pod and grind it yourself for a much more vivid result.
