It tastes like something from a coffee shop menu, made entirely from things that were already in the kitchen. Banana, espresso, cashews, and dates blend into a drink that is creamy enough to feel like a treat. Easy enough for a regular Tuesday with your MyBlend.

Banana Caramel Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 espresso
  • 1 banana (medium)
  • 150ml oat milk
  • 1 tbsp cashews
  • 1 to 2 pitted dates
  • 1 handful of ice

Instructions

  • Brew one espresso with your MyBlend Portable Espresso Machine and let it cool for a minute.
  • Add all ingredients to your MyBlend 3.
  • Blend for 30 to 40 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour and drink straight away.
Tip: Let the espresso cool for at least one minute before blending. Hot espresso can make banana bitter and the texture slightly foamy rather than smooth.
