Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream
Frozen banana and peanut butter blended into thick ice cream. No dairy and no added sugar.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas (sliced and frozen)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- Peel, slice and freeze the bananas for at least 4 hours.
- Let the frozen banana slices sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before blending.
- Add frozen bananas and peanut butter to your MyBlend Compact.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides if needed.
- Serve immediately or freeze for 30 minutes for something firmer.
Tip: A pinch of salt before blending brings out the peanut butter flavour.
