Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
Frozen blueberries, banana and cream cheese blended into ice cream that tastes like cheesecake. No oven and no ice cream machine.
Ingredients
- 200ml frozen blueberries
- 2 frozen bananas (sliced)
- 50ml cream cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Peel, slice and freeze the bananas for at least 4 hours.
- Add frozen blueberries, frozen bananas, cream cheese and honey to your MyBlend Compact.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides if needed.
- Serve immediately or freeze for 30 minutes for something firmer.
Tip: Top with crushed digestive biscuits for the full cheesecake effect.
