Blended Overnight Oats
Creamy overnight oats with a blended berry base. Prep it in the evening and wake up to breakfast already done.
Ingredients
- 100ml milk
- 80ml Greek yogurt
- 80ml frozen berries
- ½ banana
- 80ml oats
- 1 tsp honey, optional
Instructions
- Add milk, Greek yogurt, berries, banana and honey to your MyBlend 3.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a jar or bowl.
- Stir in the oats.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Tip: Add a little extra milk in the morning if you want it softer.
