Mango Coconut Smoothie Bowl
Mango, banana and coconut milk blended thick in MyBlend Compact. The kind of breakfast that looks like a lot of work but takes about as long as making a coffee. Creamy from the yogurt, tropical from the mango. Pour it into a bowl and add whatever you like on top.
Ingredients
- 150ml frozen mango
- ½ banana
- 120ml coconut milk
- 80ml Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Add coconut milk and Greek yogurt to your MyBlend Compact.
- Add banana and frozen mango.
- Secure the lid and blend until smooth and thick.
- Pour into a bowl and add your toppings of choice.
Tip: For an even thicker bowl, use frozen banana instead of fresh.
