Very Berry Protein Smoothie
Frozen raspberries and blueberries with cottage cheese and nut butter. It looks like a regular berry smoothie but the protein count tells a different story. Your MyBlend 3 blends it smooth in 30 seconds.
Ingredients
- 50g frozen raspberries
- 50g frozen blueberries
- 250ml milk of your choice
- 100g cottage cheese or natural quark
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your MyBlend 3.
- Secure the lid and blend for 30 seconds until completely smooth.
- Pour and drink straight away.
Tip: Natural quark works just as well as cottage cheese here. Both give you the protein without changing the flavour much.
