Turmeric Mango Smoothie
Turmeric turns this a shade of orange that looks almost artificial. It does not really affect the taste. The mango takes care of that. What you get is something thick, smooth and tropical, with a warmth that sits underneath rather than in front. Your MyBlend 3 blends it out evenly in 30 seconds.
Ingredients
- 200ml mango chunks
- 100ml Greek yogurt
- 200ml almond milk
- 5ml turmeric powder
Instructions
- Add mango, Greek yogurt, almond milk and turmeric to your MyBlend 3.
- Secure the lid and blend for 30 seconds until smooth and evenly golden.
- Pour and drink straight away.
Tip: Add a pinch of black pepper. It activates the turmeric more effectively and you will not taste it at all in the finished smoothie.
