Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced (about 250g)
  • 1 cm fresh ginger, peeled and grated (about 5g)
  • 150ml orange juice
  • 150ml coconut water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your MyBlend 3.
  • Secure the lid and blend for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour and drink straight away.
Tip: Peel the ginger with a teaspoon — it's faster than a knife and wastes less. A 1 cm piece gives a noticeable kick.
