Kiwi Slush
Kiwi is perfect for juicing! It’s packed with water, and its flesh virtually disappears in the blender. A touch of agave makes this juice sing, but taste the smoothie first since the sweetness depends entirely on the ripeness of the kiwis.
- 1 Cup cold water
- 2 Kiwis, peeled and cut into chunks
- 6 Frozen grapes
- Agave nectar (optional)
- 1. Add the water, kiwis and grapes to a blender, starting with the water.
- 2. Blend for 2 cycles.
- 3. Taste for sweetness, adding agave nectar if desired.
