  • 1 ripe banana (about 120g)
  • 200ml milk of your choice
  • 100ml vanilla yogurt
  • ½ avocado (about 70g)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your MyBlend 3.
  • Secure the lid and blend for 30 seconds until completely smooth.
  • Pour and drink straight away.
Tip: Use a very ripe banana — the browner the skin, the sweeter the smoothie. No added sugar needed.
