• Ingredients
  • 1 handfull of spinach
  • 1 dl pineapple
  • 2 dl coconut water
  • 1 tbs flaxseed (optional)
  • Instruction
  • 1. Add the coconut water, spinach, pineapple and flaxseed.
  • 2. Blend until smooth. (Shake the blender at the same time so that all the spinach hits the steelblades)
  • 3. Enjoy your smoothie packed with nutrients!
