Ingredients

  • 1 banana (about 120g)
  • 150ml milk of your choice
  • 100g Greek yogurt
  • 20g oats
  • 1 handful of spinach (about 25g)
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • ½ tsp ginger powder
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your MyBlend 3.
  • Secure the lid and blend for 30 seconds until completely smooth.
  • Pour and drink straight away.
Tip: Ginger powder adds a quiet warmth in the background. Start with half a teaspoon and adjust from there.
