Chin Me Up Smoothie
Banana, oats, spinach, nut butter and yogurt in one glass. Everything a proper breakfast needs, nothing you can taste separately. Your MyBlend 3 blends it in 30 seconds. Filling enough to last until lunch without making a project of the morning.
Ingredients
- 1 banana (about 120g)
- 150ml milk of your choice
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 20g oats
- 1 handful of spinach (about 25g)
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your MyBlend 3.
- Secure the lid and blend for 30 seconds until completely smooth.
- Pour and drink straight away.
Tip: Ginger powder adds a quiet warmth in the background. Start with half a teaspoon and adjust from there.
