Blueberry Spinach Smoothie
The spinach disappears completely. That is the trick. Blueberries turn the whole thing deep purple and take over the flavor, while Greek yogurt and almond milk round it out. Add everything to your MyBlend 3 and blend for 30 seconds. Greens without the taste of greens.
Ingredients
- 200g blueberries
- 1 handful of spinach (about 30g)
- 200ml almond milk
- 100g Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Add blueberries, spinach, almond milk and Greek yogurt to your MyBlend 3.
- Secure the lid and blend for 30 seconds until smooth and vivid purple.
- Pour and drink straight away.
Tip: Use fresh spinach for a milder flavor, frozen blueberries for extra thickness. Both at once works perfectly.
