Blueberry Lemon Smoothie
Blueberries on their own go deep and sweet. A squeeze of lemon pulls them the other way. Brighter, sharper, cleaner. Greek yogurt holds it all together. Blend it in your MyBlend 3 for 30 seconds and you get something that tastes more put-together than it has any right to.
Ingredients
- 200ml blueberries
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 125ml almond milk
- 125ml Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Squeeze the lemon and add the juice along with the blueberries, almond milk and Greek yogurt to your MyBlend 3.
- Secure the lid and blend for 30 seconds until smooth and deep purple.
- Pour and drink straight away.
Tip: Fresh lemon only. The bottled kind is flatter and the difference is noticeable in something this simple.
