- 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Medium Banana Handful of frozen blueberries
- 1 Tablespoon of almond butter
- Maple Syrup (Optional)
- 1. Add the almond milk + blueberries, starting with the blueberries. Blend for one cycle.
- 2. Add the banana and almond butter, blend for another cycle.
- 3. Taste for sweetness, adding maple syrup if desired.
