Mustard Dressing

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 100ml neutral oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add mustard, vinegar, honey and dill to your MyBlend 3.
  • Add oil.
  • Blend until emulsified and smooth.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Tip: Add the oil gradually while blending for a thicker emulsion.
